Ashley Coultas is a Faster Way to Fat Loss Certified Nutrition & Health Coach as well as a Registered Nurse. She graduated with her BSN from UMDNJ in 2011, after which she worked in the hospital setting for approximately 10 years on a medical-surgical unit and then in labor and delivery. She obtained her nutrition and fitness coaching certification from the Faster Way to Fat Loss in 2020 and has since coached numerous individuals in Fair Haven, NJ, optimizing their health through whole-food nutrition, mindfulness, and exercise. She also follows the program herself and highly values holistic wellness beginning from the inside out, based on optimally fueling and moving the body.

Every 2 weeks, registration opens for the FASTer Way to Fat Loss Group. This program pairs effective workouts with science-backed nutrition strategies and expert coaching for residents of Fair Haven, NJ

The FASTer Way focuses on whole food nutrition, macronutrient tracking, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, 30-minute workouts, and maintaining a positive mindset.

The initial 6-week round introduces the key components of the FASTer Way. Each week builds on the previous one, teaching participants why and how to implement all the strategies.
Ashley, as your coach, will guide you through every step of implementing this lifestyle plan. She will provide guidance on following the program, answer questions, assist with setting personal macronutrients and making macro adjustments, and offer tips on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle.
