Yes we are an Out of Network. WE will see what your deductible is an what your insurance will cover. We do take Fee For Service & Membership based Direct healthcare. We recommend that the covered person contact their health benefits plan for consultation on costs. We do bill insurance or take reimbursement from insurance companies. We would be glad to give you a SUPER Bill 1500 for you OR will submit to your insurance to apply for deductible or get your own additional reimbursement. We recommend using Reimbursify for submitting your insurance bill or we would be glad to submit on your behalf and all reimbursement will be sent to you directly.

Yes , we are are direct care healthcare. Health insurance or health sharing insurance is still needed for catastrophic needs. This model of care is for those wanting more quality of care
It’s simple: you see your out-of-network healthcare provider and pay for the visit. They will give you a detailed receipt (known as a “superbill”) that has the necessary information on it to file a claim with the Reimbursify app within minutes. The app will alert you when the claim has been received by your insurance company and then again when you should expect your reimbursement check in the mail (usually within 2-4 weeks). That’s it! There are no forms to fill out, nothing to fax or mail, and nothing to remember.
At this time the provider is out of network and may take medicare but it may depend upon service.

We would recommend if you have urgent needs go to the ER or an Urgent Care facility.
We only take a smaller group of primAry care pateints. We can take care most of your health care needs but , is best for family to have a larger group or medical Home to give you the screening which are needed as per age specifics.
